Torres Strait Island Homes Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust rates to suit CPI and fuel increases.

PLANT HIRE

▪ Torres Strait Island Homes Pty Ltd does not dry hire unless approved and arranged with the owner.

▪ Prices negotiable for long-term hire.

▪ All excavator hire includes standard buckets.

▪ Stand-down rate will be charged on an 8-hour day basis at 60% of standard rates.
